Your use of this web site and transactions made with the company in connection with this web site are subject to the following terms and conditions, also referred to as the "terms of use" or "conditions of service". Clicking on pages of the web site other than the main web site page constitutes your (user's) acceptance of and agreement to the terms of use, whether or not you complete a transaction with the company or complete your transaction on the web site through other channels such as by telephone, e-mail, chat or otherwise. If you do not agree to the terms of use, you may not use this site.

WEB SITE OWNERSHIP
This web site is owned and managed by Yao Dao Ltd - VAT ID:BG204015681, Brichebor N°14, 1501 Sofia, Bulgaria and anyone visiting or making a purchase through the web site www.alma-natura.org which is referred to below as "ALMA NATURA", "we", "us", "our", "site" or "Company".

PURCHASING/ORDERING
You declare that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity or parental permission to place an order on the Site.
In the restricted professional space the simple herbal substances, as well as all the products manufactured, are available to professionals who have completed training in Naturopathy, phytotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine and have obtained validation upon request to ALMA NATURA. In the public space are available food supplements, cooking plants and other products for use by the general public.

Students of Chinese Pharmacopoeia are allowed, after registering, to place orders on the condition that they are sponsored by a confirmed prescriber or one of their teachers.

If you wish to purchase products or services through this site, we ask you to provide billing and shipping information applicable to your purchase, namely name for shipping, delivery address (street, postcode and town) and telephone contact, so that we can make the delivery through our Transport Partner/Courier.
ALMA NATURA's responsibility ceases as soon as the carrier takes delivery of the package and is null and void if the package is received by the carrier damaged, in case of late delivery or if the package is lost.
However, we ensure the connection between the carrier and the customer.
Items of organic origin (plants, leaves, stems, seeds, fruit, peel) sold on our website that are not vacuum packed must be kept in a dry place and consumed during the month following receipt of the order. Fruit should be consumed within one month of receipt of order or vacuum packed or frozen to prevent spoilage. The packaging of concentrated granules must be systematically sealed to avoid the deterioration of the concentrated granules by the ambient humidity.

ALMA NATURA accepts no responsibility if the articles are not used more than one month after receiving the order for plants and more than two months after receiving the order for concentrated powder and capsules.
All information you provide to us or our payment processor must be lawful, accurate, current and complete. You agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes at the prevailing prices when you place your order/order. Verification of your payment or shipping information may be necessary before our acceptance of your order. Should this be necessary we will contact you by phone or email for the details you have provided.
Descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to limit the quantity available or discontinue any product or service. We also reserve the right to impose conditions on any coupon or promotional code and to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), and the quantity of any partially shipped order may be charged at the time of shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
The order processing stages can be consulted on the Website.
The orders are made through the Site.
The prices shown on the Website are in euros, excluding shipping costs or availability and are subject to change during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time of registration of the order.

Orders are accepted within the limits of available stocks. ALMA NATURA will inform you of the availability of items on the information page of each item.
Recording the customer's full postal address, as well as their e-mail address and telephone number, is compulsory when placing an order.
ALMA NATURA invites its customers to choose a counter-signature delivery method to avoid risks related to the package being stolen from the letter box.
By clicking on the "Validate payment" button you declare that you accept the order, as well as the entire Terms of Sale in their entirety and without reservation. The order cannot be paid without having previously accepted the ALMA NATURA Terms of Sale by clicking on the button "I approve the Terms of Sale".
After placing your order and making the respective payment, it will pass to the status "In Process".
This indicates that we are preparing your order for shipment.
The processing of your order may take between 1 to 5 working days, depending on the state of the stock and the type of transport selected by the customer (CTT, DHL, NACEX, COLISSIMO)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been sent to the "Completed" stage. Together with this email, you will receive the tracking code information according to the carrier indicated (if you do not receive our emails, please check the Spam box of your email).
So that your order can be delivered ALMA NATURA transmits your personal data (name, address, contact number and email) with the subcontracted transport company that will deliver your order, in order to advise you of the delivery time and inform you of any alterations to the shipment, whilst committing, however, to protecting the customer's data. When processing your order, it is possible that your data, such as address and postcode, may be disclosed for the purposes of fraud prevention and detection.

The order is normally delivered Monday to Friday, except on local or national holidays, to the address you provide when filling in the shipping details.
NOTICE: Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route set by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery. Please also be advised that there is no obligation to contact the customer at the time of delivery.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is supplied, this may lead to its return to ALMA NATURA, resulting in additional costs to the customer, so we recommend that the customer always makes sure that the delivery address indicated on the order registration is effectively correct and complete. Once the order is "In Process", it may not be possible to change the delivery address or the billing data you have indicated.
If you find that the address or any of the delivery details are incorrect/incomplete, you should contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.
No shipment to the overseas departments and territories is made without a prior request to our services preceding the payment of the order.

Undelivered orders
If an order, prepaid, PayPal or Credit Card, is returned to ALMA NATURA for reasons not attributable to ALMA NATURA or the Carrier, ALMA NATURA will refund the amount paid for it, deducting the shipping costs and return, whenever this is possible without the customer's action,
If, on the other hand, the reason for the delivery not being achieved and the order being returned is the Carrier's responsibility, the customer will have to contact us through the contacts available on our site.
 In the event that the difficulty for delivery has been caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, we ask the customer to provide us with proof of their address (electricity, water or gas bill) in order to clarify the incidence in question.
In these situations, the solution will depend on the answer given by the Carrier, i.e. in cases of claims originated by the transport service, we will only be able to present a solution to the client after obtaining the Carrier's answer.
If the Carrier accepts full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items originally ordered are available, we will suggest a reshipment at no additional cost.
If the customer wishes, instead of replacing the order, the customer may opt for a refund.
If the Carrier does not accept responsibility, we will not be able to accept the claim, which means that the refund or replacement order will be subject to the above terms relating to orders returned for reasons not attributable to ALMA NATURA or the Carrier.

RETURNS
Right of Free Refund
The Customer who wishes to return one or more items may do so within 14 consecutive days of receiving the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in their original packaging, which may not be damaged, altered or scratched.
Once the decision has been made, the Customer should contact ALMA NATURA to find out all the procedures for the return and respective reimbursement of the amount paid - the Customer should specify the order number and the description or reference of the product(s) he wishes to return.

If the product / package arrives damaged
1) You must mandatorily report the damage to the carrier when you receive the package;
2) You must accept the order (if the order is returned, the return costs are not refundable);
3) You must inform us as soon as possible and send us photos of the damage, to the contacts available on our website with your order number;
4) We will immediately contact the carrier;
5) We will take action to collect the damaged article and deliver another one.

If the item you have just received does not correspond to the order placed, you can return it in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt and stating the reason for the return, to Yao Dao Sucursal em Portugal - VAT 980568838, Rua Rui de Moura Belo Nº2, Azeitão, Portugal. This return must be preceded by our prior agreement - no returns without our prior agreement will be treated as such.
We will not accept returns of incomplete or damaged products, products without their original packaging and/or label, or products showing signs of having been used.

EXCHANGES
If the client wishes to exchange a product he/she should contact us through the contacts available on our website to know which are our procedures, however, as a general rule, the client should return the product(s), request the respective reimbursement and make a new purchase.
The return process is described above, in the RETURNS module.

REFUNDS
ALMA NATURA will make every effort to reimburse the customer in a prompt manner, safeguarding, however, a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the authorised return in our warehouses. If the original packaging has been partially or completely damaged, the refund is not valid.
If payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card itself.
If the payment has been made by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the respective Paypal account and will be available immediately (subject, however, to the processing time of the operation by the PayPal entity - in this case, ALMA NATURA is not responsible for any delay in processing this operation).
In cases where payment has been made by Bank Transfer, the customer will be asked to provide the account details / IBAN to which you want the refund amount to be transferred.

PERMITTED USE
By using our site you agree that:
(a) your use of this site is subject to and governed by these Terms of Use;
(b) you may only access, use and make purchases from this Site if you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity or parental permission to place an order on the Site.
(c) you will comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use as they appear on this Site each time you access and use this Site;
(d) each use of this Site by you indicates and confirms your consent and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use;
(e) these Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and ALMA NATURA.

ALMA NATURA always reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to deny you access and use of this site.
